Beacon Hobbies (“we,” “us”) operates Battleground Builder from California, United States. This notice explains what information the app handles and why. Questions or privacy requests: Contact@beaconhobbies.com.
Information we handle
- Account details: your email address, account identifier, sign-in and security events, and session information, managed through Supabase.
- Your saved work: if you subscribe, boards, units, game content, mechanics, battles, and workspace data you choose to save are uploaded to your account’s private cloud storage through Supabase.
- Simulation requests: relevant board, rules, seed, and unit data are sent to our Render application server to calculate and return results. The app server is designed not to retain request bodies. Render may process operational connection and request metadata.
- Subscriptions: Stripe processes checkout and recurring payments. We receive subscription status and identifiers needed to enable saving. Card details are handled by Stripe, not our app server.
Temporary sessions and online saves
Work in a free session is temporary in the current browser and is not an account backup. Paid account saves are stored online so you can return to them from another device.
Providers, cookies, and logs
We use Supabase for accounts and cloud saves, Render to host the app, and Stripe for payments. Provider-side retention may differ from app-server request-body handling. The app does not use advertising trackers or analytics. Authentication and temporary sessions use browser storage. We do not sell personal information.
Access and deletion
You can request account deletion from the account screen. Cancel any paid subscription through its management link before deleting your account—deletion does not itself cancel Stripe billing. Providers may retain records as needed under their own policies.
Children and changes
Battleground Builder is not directed to children under 13. We will update this notice when our data practices materially change.
